Select this checkbox if you require employees of this class to reverse their timesheets before making corrections to them. The default for this checkbox is unchecked.
When selected, the Reverse Timesheet option on the timesheet creates negative copies of all existing timesheet lines that are read-only. In addition, it creates a positive image that the user can correct. This option is highly recommended if the timesheets are auto-adjusted outside the system. It is required if the timesheets are prorated within the system.
The display of this checkbox reflects the option selected in the Miscellaneous tab of the Time Configuration screen. If the Hours Proration value is "Disabled" in the Time Configuration screen, this checkbox will not display.
Select this checkbox if you want hours prorated when the employees of this class sign their timesheets. The default for this checkbox is unchecked.
The proration of hours feature works with the Must Use Reverse Timesheet checkbox. If you select the Prorate Hours at Signature checkbox, the Must Use Reverse Timesheet checkbox will become checked (if it was previously unselected) and disabled.
