Expense Report Alerts Configuration

You can configure Vision to notify approvers when expense reports are submitted for processing.

If you use the Expense Report Line Item Approval feature, you can also configure Vision to notify:

• Principals, project managers, and/or supervisors when users charge expenses to their projects.

• Users when line items are rejected by an approver.

Set up Expense Report Alerts in Configuration > General, Company Alerts.

When you set up Expense Report Alerts, you specify:

• Who should receive alerts.

• When alerts should be sent.

• How alerts should be sent (e-mail and/or dashboard).

• What message to include in the alert e-mail.
