Allow Calendar Sharing
If you enable the sharing feature, users can share their Activity Calendar data with each other.
Each employee can specify which other users can have access to his or her Activity Calendar. These users can open and view the employee's Activity Calendar using the Calendar and Activities application. The employee can also determine which access rights these other users have.
To allow Activity Calendar sharing, complete the following steps:
- From the Vision Navigation menu, click Configuration > General System Settings.
- On the General System Settings form, click the Miscellaneous tab.

In the
Activity Settings area, select the
Allow users to share their calendar option.
If you allow users to share Activity Calendars, three additional options appear on the Activity Calendar, in the View menu: Share Calendar, Open Calendar, and My Calendar.
- Click Save.
