After tasks are created in a project, you can create a predecessor relationship between them to establish a dependent relationship.
To use the Set FS Relationship option to create a dependency, complete the following steps:

From the Vision Navigation menu, click
and click the Schedule tab.

On the interactive Gantt chart, select the tasks bars for which you want to create a relationship.
Use the CTRL or SHIFT keys while selecting the tasks to choose more than one. The first item selected will be the predecessor to all subsequent tasks selected. A gray border displays around the selected tasks.

Right-click and select
Set FS Relationship.
An arrow from the predecessor to the successor displays between the tasks and a
Finish to Start relationship is applied. In this relationship, the successor task cannot begin until the predecessor is complete. If there is an issue such that this relationship is not possible between the selected tasks, the
Set FS Relationship option is not available.
