Subscription Info

| Type

From the drop-down list, select the type of subscription you have with GovWin IQ, Premium or Basic. The
Premium type allows you to select and transfer additional GovWin IQ data.

| User Name
|
Enter the logon name associated with your GovWin IQ Web Service subscription (for example, webservices@companyname.com).
|
| Password
|
Enter the password associated with this user name.
|
Preferences
| Field | Description |

| New Records
|
Select this option if you want to transfer data for new opportunities from GovWin IQ to
Vision. A new opportunity is created in
Vision for each new record transferred from GovWin IQ.

| Update Records
|
Select this option if you want to transfer updated data from GovWin IQ to
Vision.

| Opportunity Stage
|
Select the opportunity stage to transfer from GovWin IQ to
Vision. A drop-down list similar to the following sample list appears:
- Cancelled
- Demo
- Dropped
- Lead
- Lost
- No Bid
- Proposal
- Qualified
- Won
