Create Contracts from Fees

You can create contracts based on project fee amounts at a convenient time (since this can be a long process). The Project Lookup dialog box allows you to select one project, or a group of projects, based on criteria that you select.

To create contracts from fees, complete the following steps:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > Advanced Utilities > Create Contracts from Fees.
2. In the Select Specific Projects field, click Search.
3. On the Project Lookup, select the project(s) that you want to update.
4. Click Run on the toolbar.

   Vision displays the following prompt:

   Do you want Deltek Vision to create contracts based on the existing fee amounts?

5. Click Yes.
