Download Connect for Microsoft Outlook

You must complete a number of prerequisite steps before you download Connect for Microsoft Outlook.

Prerequisites: Before you download and install Connect for Microsoft Outlook, you must install all the required software. A Vision system administrator must complete the Connect for Microsoft Outlook global configuration. Microsoft Outlook must be installed on your workstation. An Outlook profile must be created for you. You must have opened Outlook and configured it.

To download Connect for Microsoft Outlook, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > Download Connect for Microsoft Outlook. The Download Connect for Microsoft Outlook menu item does not display in Utilities if your Connect for Microsoft Outlook license has expired. Contact your Deltek account manager to renew your license.
  2. On the Download Connect for Microsoft Outlook form, read the information on the screen, and click Download Connect for Microsoft Outlook.
  3. On the File Download dialog box, click Save or Open:

    Save On the Save As dialog box, browse to your workstation's Startup folder. In the Save as type field, select your startup folder, and then click Save.
    Open The software download and installation process begins.
