Disable Phases/Tasks Form

Use the Disable Phases/Tasks form to disable tasks on a phase and phases on a project.

Location

To display the form, complete the following step:

From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > Key Conversions > Disable Phases/Tasks.

Contents

Field	Description
Project	Vision populates this field with the project number of the project you select.
Phase	Click and select the phase from the project's phase lookup If the project has some phases with tasks and some without, you must separate them into two processing runs. You cannot mix their rows in the same grid.
Name	Vision populates this field with the name of the project.
Lookup/Insert	Click this option to insert a new grid row and open the Project Lookup.
Insert	Click this option to insert a new grid row.
Delete	Click the row to delete, then click this option to delete the selected grid row.
