Key Convert Discount Codes Form

Use the Key Convert Discount Codes form to change one or more discount codes throughout Vision.

Location

To display the form, complete the following step:

From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > Key Conversions > Discount Codes.

Field	Description
Combine Existing Discount Codes	Select this option if you want to consolidate existing codes. Vision allows you to enter an existing discount code in the New Discount field.
Discount Code	Select the discount code(s) you want to change by performing one of the following actions: Click Insert to insert a new row in which you can use the Discount Code lookup to select one discount code. Click Lookup/Insert to display the Discount Code lookup, where you can select one, more than one, or all discount codes.
Name	Displays the name of the discount code. Click this field to go to Discount Code Setup, where you can modify discount code data.
New Discount	You can enter a new discount code. Or, if you selected the Combine Existing Discount Codes option, you can enter an existing discount code.
