Key Convert Withholding Codes Form

Use the Key Convert Withholding Codes form to change one or more withholding codes throughout Vision.

Location

To display the form, complete the following step:

From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > Key Conversions > Withholding Codes.

Field	Description
Combine Existing Withholding Codes	Select this option if you want to consolidate existing withholding codes. Vision allows you to enter an existing withholding code in the New Withholding Code field.
Withholding Code	Select the withholding code(s) you want to change by performing one of the following actions: Click Insert to insert a new row in which you can use the Withholding Code lookup to select one withholding code. Click Lookup/Insert to display the Withholding Code lookup, where you can select one, more than one, or all withholding codes.
Name	Displays the name of the withholding code. Click this field to go to Payroll Withholding Setup, where you can modify withholding code data.
New Withholding Code	Enter a new withholding code. Or, if you selected the Combine Existing Withholding Codes option, you can enter an existing withholding code.
