To display the dialog box, complete the following step:

From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > Open New W-2 Quarter.

Current W-2 Quarter For the current W-2 quarter, this section displays the W-2 quarter and year, the W-2 quarter start and end dates, and the W-2 year start and end dates.
New W-2 Quarter For the new W-2 quarter, this section displays the W-2 quarter and year, the W-2 quarter start and end dates, and the W-2 year start and end dates.
