Convert Account Number Formats

Use the Key Convert Account Format utility to reformat the length, delimiter, or delimiter position for your account numbers.

Prerequisite: Back up your Vision database.

To reformat account numbers, complete the following steps:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > Key Formats > Accounts.
2. Complete the fields on the Key Convert Account Format form.
3. Review the Sample Value field to see the format as it will be after the key conversion is run.
4. Click Run to run the key format conversion.
