Convert Labor Code Formats

Use the Key Convert Labor Code Format utility to enable labor code use by formatting the length, delimiter, and/or delimiter position or your labor codes.

Labor Code Key Format is available only if your company has installed Accounting, Billing, Planning, Expense, Time, or Project Control.

Prerequisite: Back up your Vision database.

To format labor code level numbers, complete the following steps:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > Key Formats > Labor Codes.
2. Complete the fields on the Key Convert Labor Code Format form.
3. Review the Sample Value field to see the format as it will be after the key conversion is run.
4. Click Run to run the key format conversion.
