Convert Vendor Number Formats

Use the Vendor Key Format utility to reformat the length, delimiter, and/or delimiter position for your vendor numbers.

Prerequisite: Back up your Vision database.

To reformat vendor numbers, complete the following steps:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > Key Formats > Vendors.
2. Complete the fields on the Key Convert Vendor Format form.
3. Review the Sample Value field to see the format as it will be after the key conversion is run.
4. Click Run to run the key format conversion.
