Billing Session Printer Dialog Box

Use the Billing Session Printer dialog box to establish printing options for the current billing session, such as the printer to use and the paper size. Defaults are based on the printing options selected for the printer from the application server. Options selected apply to the current session only.

To display the form, complete the following step:

On the Billing Session Options dialog box, click Print Setup.

Field Description
Save invoices to application server when printing option Use this option to save an electronic copy of an invoice on the Vision application server when an invoice is printed, when an invoice is accepted, and when prior invoices are previewed. Copies are saved to the Vision installation directory on the application server. For example, the directory may appears as follows: Program Files\Deltek\Vision\Reports\Saved Files.

When this option is selected, the Save Only option is also selected by default. This Save Only option allows users to save the invoice as a file on the application server without having to set up and select a dummy printer from the Printer Name field.
