Enter Account Balances History

You can enter information about general ledger account balances prior to the installation cutoff date.

To enter historical account balance information, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > History Loading > Account Balances.
  2. On the Account Balances History form, select the organization for which you want to enter balances.

    Use the Quick Find feature, click Search to use a Lookup dialog box, or click the Folder icon beside the Search field to use a previously saved search.

  3. Complete the fields on this form.
  4. To save your changes, click Save.
