Enter Payroll History

You can enter information about employee payroll postings during the current quarter and year.

To enter payroll history, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > History Loading > Payroll.
  2. On the Employee Payroll History form, open the employee record that you want to update.

    Use the Quick Find feature, click Search to use a Lookup dialog box, or click the Folder icon beside the Search field to use a previously saved search.

  3. Complete the fields on this form.
  4. Click Save.
