Select Phases Dialog Box

Use the Select Phases dialog box to select the phases that you want to include in your fee estimate. The phases that you select on this dialog box will automatically display on the Phases grid on the Fee Estimates tab of the Opportunity Info Center.

Location

To display the dialog box, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Info Center > Opportunities > Fee Estimates tab or Accounting > Project Fee Estimate.
  2. Select the opportunity or project record.
  3. On the toolbar, click the Create Phase Grid button.

Field Description
Select All Select this option to select all phases on the grid.
Deselect All Select this option to remove all selected phases on the grid.
Select Select this check box next to each phase that you want to add to the fee estimate.
Phase This field displays the phase number.
Description This field displays a description of the phase.
