Budget Summary Dialog Box

After you enter a project budget, Vision calculates budget summary information and displays on the Budget Summary dialog box.

If your firm uses the Multicurrency feature, the currency for the amounts on this dialog box are based on the setting for the Use billing currency not Project currency option on the Reporting tab of Accounting System Settings:

• If this option is selected in Configuration, the amounts are based on the project's billing currency and you can edit the fields.
• If this option is cleared in Configuration, the amounts are based on the project currency and you cannot edit the fields.
