Purchasing and Inventory Items Master Form

Use the Purchasing and Inventory Items Master form to set up items for use in the Purchasing and Inventory applications. You also set up vendors for the items and specify item prices.

Display the Purchasing and Inventory Items Master Form
You display the Purchasing and Inventory Items Master form in Purchasing and Inventory Configuration.
Toolbar of Purchasing and Inventory Items Master Form
Use the Purchasing and Inventory Items Master toolbar to enter and save your item master configuration entries.
General Tab of Purchasing and Inventory Items Master Form
Use the General tab to enter a list of both inventory and non-inventory items.
Vendors Tab of Purchasing and Inventory Items Master Form
Use the Vendors tab of Purchasing and Inventory Items Master configuration to enter a list of vendors who sell inventory and non-inventory items, with historical data for items that the vendors sell.
Inventory Tab of Purchasing and Inventory Items Master Form
Use the Inventory Tab to identify an item as being an inventory item and to enter inventory tracking information for the item. This tab displays if you are authorized as an approver.
