Use the Transactions tab to select the transaction type and then select one or more files. You can restrict the transaction files to only those that you created.
If you are using the Multicompany feature, you can see transaction lists for the active company, only. This company is listed in the
Owner field at the top of the report.

Field | Description |
Transaction Type

Select the type of transaction file you want to post.

Type
|
This field displays the transaction type.
|
File
|
This field displays the transaction file name, as entered on the New File dialog box.
|
Creator
|
This field displays the username of the person who create the transaction file.
|
End Date
|
This field displays the end date of the transaction, as entered on the New File dialog box.
|
Period
|
This field displays the transaction period, which is determined by the transaction End Date.
|
Approval Status
|
Select the approval process. This field is visible if the
Enable transaction center approvals option is selected in Accounting Company Settings.
Select one of the following settings:

[Null] — Solely reserved for Recurring files, if the file has not yet been recreated.

In Progress — This setting indicates that a Transaction Entry file has not been submitted yet. The transaction type may or may not require approvals. This is the reset status if at least one form in the file is rejected.

Submitted — This setting indicates that the Transaction Entry file is ready for approvals. Some of the forms may or may not have been approved already; these you can pose these submitted files if the
Require completed approvals to post transaction files configuration setting has
not been selected. You can edit and resubmit the file if the
Allow submitted transaction files to be edited configuration setting is selected.

Approved — This setting indicates that either the specific Transaction Type is excluded from the Transaction Entry approval process, or all of the forms in the file have been approved. The user may
not resubmit the an Approved file. If absolutely necessary, an Approver can reject a form in the file to edit and then resubmit; however, a formal reject is required.

Rejected — This setting indicates that at least one of the forms in the Transaction Entry file was rejected. From this field, an Approver can enter the reason that the file was rejected. A user can then either make the necessary changes or delete the file.

Select this option to view only the transactions that you created.
