Print Timesheets for Multiple Employees
You can print timesheet reports for multiple employees at one time. When you print timesheet reports for multiple employees, each employee's timesheet data prints on a separate page.
The Include Revision Audit Report option on the Print menu does not apply to the reports when you generate them from the Select Employee Timesheet dialog box. You can use the Timesheet Audit Detail report (Reporting > Employee > Timesheet Audit Detail), a similar report, to display revision information for multiple employees and multiple timesheet periods.
To print timesheet reports for multiple employees, complete the following steps:
- Open a timesheet.
- If you want timesheet data for each project to print on a separate page, click Print > Page Break by Project on the Timesheet toolbar. After you select this option, it remains in effect until you clear it.
- Click Employees > Select Employees on the Timesheet toolbar.
- On the Select Employee Timesheet dialog box, use the Labor Period Ending, Group, and Status Totals options to determine the employee timesheet information that you want to display.
- Press the CTRL key on your keyboard and click the grid rows that contain the employee timesheets that you want to print.

Complete one of the following actions:
Option Description To print a Detailed Timesheet report for the employees you selected Click Print > Timesheet Detail. To print a Summarized Timesheet report for the employees you selected Click Print > Timesheet Summary. -
Click
on the Preview window toolbar.
Vision displays the Print dialog box, where you can do the following:
- Select the paper size and source.
- Select the number of copies that you want to print.
- Select the printer.
- Print the report.
