Disable User Logins

You must disable logins to perform certain maintenance tasks. If all logins are disabled, users with an Admin Security role are still able to log on.

This utility is separate from the option to disable users in Security Configuration.

To disable user logins, complete the following steps:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > User Activity.
2. Click Actions > Disable user logins.
