Use the grid on the Measures tab to select the fields from your Vision database to populate the Vision data cubes. You must select at least one measure to populate the data cubes. The measures that you select display in the Microsoft Excel PivotTable List when you create custom reports in Excel. 
  
 
	  
		Initially, all the Vision measure fields listed on this tab are selected by default to populate the data cubes. You must clear the 
		  Select check box for the measure fields that you do 
		  not want to populate the Vision data cubes.

				Measures are organized and displayed by group in the Microsoft Excel PivotTable list. For example, billed measures are in the Billed group in the PivotTable list for the Project data cube. 
				 
 
				If all of the measures in a group are unselected, the group does not display at all in the Excel PivotTable List. 
				 
 
				The measures that display at the beginning of the 
				  Measures grid with no group name in the 
				  Group column are the measures from the Values measure group.

				 This column displays the folder within the group to which a measure belongs. You 
				  cannot modify the folder name. 
				 
 
				Measures are organized and displayed by group and folder in the Microsoft Excel PivotTable list. For example, the Billed measures group contains a Billed By Category folder, a Billed By Category - Multicurrency folder, and a Multicurrency folder. 
				 
 
				If all of the measures in a folder are unselected, the folder does not display at all in the Excel PivotTable List.

			  This column displays the default field label for a field (measure), which you 
				cannot modify. The default field label is entered on the Labels tab in General System Settings. Any field name changes that you make in Vision Designer (Screen Designer) do not display in the data cubes.
