Display the Activity Dialog Box

You can display the Activity dialog box from the Activity Calendar.

To open the dialog box from the Activity Calendar, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Calendar/Activities > Calendar.
  2. On the Activity Calendar form, open the Monthly tab, Weekly tab, or Daily tab and complete one of the following actions:
    • On the Monthly or Weekly tab, double-click a blank spot in the appropriate date field, or select a time from the Daily tab and double-click it. Vision opens a blank Activity dialog box.
    • Click any scheduled activity on the Monthly tab, Weekly tab, or Daily tab. Vision opens the Activity dialog box, which displays the details for the selected activity.
Alternative procedures: You can also Open the Activity Dialog Box from an Info Center Record or Open the Activity Dialog Box from the Activity Manager.
