Display the Purchase Order Form

The Purchase Order Form is a Purchasing report.

To locate this report, complete the following steps:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Reporting > Purchasing.
2. In the Reports grid, select Purchase Order Form.
3. Click to display the Options dialog box.
