Procedures - Viewing Timesheet Ratios and Benefit Hours

Use options on the Timesheet toolbar to view timesheet rations, benefit hours, or planned hours.

  • View Timesheet Ratios
    In Company Timesheet Configuration, your system administrator can set up timesheet ratios. Each of the ratios compares an employee's direct (billable) hours with other types of hours, such as standard hours and benefit hours.
  • View Benefit Hours
    You can see your benefit accrual information directly from the Timesheet form.
  • View Planned Hours
    If you use the Project Planning application, you can populate timesheets with data from your project plans. You can view a summary of your planned hours directly from the Timesheet form.
