| Combine Existing Accounts

Select this option if you want to consolidate existing accounts.
Vision allows you to enter an existing account number in the
New Account field.

Select the account number(s) that you want to change by performing one of the following actions:
- Click
Insert to insert a new row in which you can use the Account lookup to select one account number.
- Click
Lookup/Insert to display the Account lookup, where you can select one, more than one, or all account numbers.

| Name

This field displays the name of the account. Click this field to go to the Chart of Accounts Info Center, where you can modify account data.

| New Account
|
Enter a new account number. Or, if you selected the
Combine Existing Accounts option, enter an existing account number.
