Login Assistance Dialog Box

You can retrieve your Navigator User ID or reset your password if you forget either one.

To display the Login Assistance dialog box, complete the following steps:

Open the Navigator login screen and click the Forgot your password or User ID? link.

Field	Description
I forgot my password for this User ID:	Select this option to reset your Navigator password. Enter your User ID. Navigator checks the User ID associated with your account. If the User ID that you entered is valid and has an associated email address, you will receive an email at that address that contains a temporary password to access your account. Follow the directions in this email to reset your password the next time that you log in. If the password cannot be reset, an error message displays. Click OK to return to the Navigator login screen.
I forgot my User ID:	Select this option to receive a reminder for your assigned User ID. When you select this option, the Send it to this email address field is activated. Enter the email address that is associated with your User ID and click OK . If one valid User ID is associated with the email address you entered, you will receive an email message with the associated User ID information. Use the User ID the next time that you log in. If the email address is not valid with the User ID that you entered, an error message displays. Contact your system administrator for help.
Using Database	This field displays information about the current database.
