When you check out a plan, it is not available to other users until you check it back in. Even though Navigator automatically checks in a plan when you are finished with it, there may be situations in which you must manually check it in.
Navigator automatically checks in plans when you select a different project, log out of Navigator, navigate to a different URL, use the browser's
Refresh option, or close the browser. You can also check in a plan manually.
Note: This option is only available when using the Project Management workspace.
To check in a Navigator plan, complete the following step:

In Vision Project Planning, select the
Check In Plan option. Access to this option is limited to Administrators, users with
Full,
Add/Modify, or
Modify Only access, and the last user who checked out the plan.
