Checklist: Configuring Vision to Integrate with Kona

Your system administrator must configure certain Vision settings before you can access Kona from Navigator.

Action Description Vision Location
Turn on Kona Business. To enable Navigator projects to link to a Kona space, enter your Kona Business token in the Kona Account Key field. This setting applies to all Vision and Navigator users.

If you leave this field blank, you cannot access Kona in Navigator.

Determine if users are allowed to associate a Kona Space with a project. You must have Full, Add/Modify, or Modify Only access rights to the project to access the Change Kona Space dialog box. Vision > Security > Roles > Navigator
