Add Labor Resources Dialog Box
When you create a plan in Vision Navigator, you can add active labor resources to the project and Navigator plans.
For you to be able to add labor resource rows, your Vision Security role must have Full, Add/Modify, or Modify Only access rights for Project Planning on the Navigator tab in Vision > Configuration > Security > Roles, and dates must be assigned to the current WBS element.

To display the Add Resources dialog box, complete the following steps:

In Navigator, click
and select
Project Management.
- Select a project.
- Click the Labor option on the menu bar. The labor information displays on the charts and grids.
- Open the appropriate WBS element in the grid on the Planning tab.

The Add Resources dialog box displays, listing the active resources who match these requirements:
- The employees your role allows access to if the Apply Employee Record Access option is selected on the Planning tab of Vision Role Security. If you don't have the Vision Resource Planning module, the option is on the Navigator tab instead.
- The resources in your home organization, if your firm uses Vision Organizations.
- The resources who are not already included in the current Work Breakdown Structure.
. Click the sort button on a column to sort the column's contents. An indicator displays beside the column name to indicate how the column is sorted (ascending or descending). By default, Vision Navigator displays the results sorted first by resource type (employee or generic), then by organization name, and then by employee last name and employee first name.
