Change Kona Space Dialog Box

Use the Change Kona Space dialog box to associate a Kona space with the currently displayed project.

This dialog box is available when:

• You have Full, Add/Modify, or Modify Only access rights to the project on the Navigator tab of Vision > Security > Roles to the plan.

Select Create Kona Space to create a new Kona space for the currently displayed project, with you as the space owner, and link the project to that space. The The Kona space name (the project name) displays in the Kona Space field on the General tab, and the space displays below that field. Employees listed on the Team tab for the project are automatically invited to join the Kona space.

The Create Kona Space option is only available if Vision is configured to integrate with Kona Business on the Miscellaneous tab of the General System Settings form, your Kona username and password for the Kona Business account are entered on the Misc tab on the User Options dialog box, and the project is not already linked to a Kona space.

Location

To display the Change Kona Space dialog box, complete the following steps:

1. In Navigator, click and select Project Management.
2. Open the project.
3. Click Project Settings and select Change Kona Space or click the Select a Kona Space link on the Kona panel.

Field	Description
Kona Space	Use the lookup to select the Kona space that you want to associate with the project.
Remove Kona Space	Click X to remove the association between the project and the Kona space. You can then associate a new space with the project.
