When you attach a receipt to an expense item, a .PDF is automatically created for the receipt file. This .PDF is then uploaded into Navigator, which you can preview at any time.
Prerequisites:
This feature is available if Vision is configured to allow you to upload and attach documents to certain types of transactions and if the expense report is editable.
To preview an attached receipt, complete the following steps:

Open an expense report.

Complete one of the following:
- Click the
Receipts link to open the Expense Reports Receipts dialog box.
- Select an expense item on the Expense Report grid and click
Receipts Attached in the
Receipts column. The Attached Receipts dialog box displays.

Select a receipt on the Receipts grid and click the associated
View
button.
Navigator displays the receipt in PDF format. Use your PDF viewer to save or print the file as needed.
