Recalculate Planned Cost and/or Billing Amounts

When you recalculate, Vision Navigator recalculates the planned cost and/or billing amounts using the current rate selections in Plan Settings. Any planned values added to the plan later automatically use the current rate settings.

To refresh planned cost and/or billing amounts, complete the following steps:
  1. Select a project that has a Navigator plan.
  2. Click and select Plan Settings.
  3. Use the Recalculate options to select the type of planned data that you want to recalculate.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Follow the Navigator prompts to confirm.
