Reset Your Navigator Password
You can reset your Navigator password if you forget it.
To reset your Navigator password, complete the following steps:
- Open the login screen and click the Forgot your password or User ID? option.
- On the Login Assistance dialog box, select the I forgot my password for this User ID: option.

Enter the User ID for the account that you want to reset and click
OK.
- If the User ID that you entered is valid and has an associated email address, you will receive an email at that address that contains a temporary password to access your account. Follow the directions in this email to reset your password the next time that you log in.
- If the password cannot be reset, an error message displays. Click OK to return to the Navigator login screen.
