Resize Expense Report Grid Sections

The expense report grid is divided into three panels. You can resize two of them to view more or less data.

Prerequisite:
The Expense Report Grid Sections are:
  • Left: Displays the projects, clients, phases, tasks, labor codes, labor categories, and payroll tax locale to which you are charging expenses.
  • Middle: Displays the time for each day/date and project, phase, task, labor code, labor category, and payroll tax locale combination. It also indicates, by color, the designated work days, non-working days, and holidays on the expense report.
  • Right: If the Totals option is set to On, the right side of the grid displays the totals for each grid row. The number of totals columns shown depends on whether overtime hours can be entered. If they cannot be entered, only one total column displays.
To resize the expense report grid sections, complete the following steps:
  1. Mouse over the vertical grid line that displays between the two sections. An arrow displays.
  2. Click the arrow and drag the vertical grid line left or right to change the view.
