Retrieve Your Navigator User ID

You can retrieve your Navigator User ID if you forget it.

To retrieve your Navigator User ID, complete the following steps:

1. Open the login screen and click the Forgot your password or User ID? option.
2. On the Login Assistance dialog box, select the I forgot my User ID option.
3. In the Send it to this email address field, enter the email address that is associated with your account and click OK.
   • If one valid User ID is associated with the email address you entered, you will receive an email message with the associated User ID information. Use the User ID the next time that you log in.
   • If the email address is not valid with the User ID that you entered, an error message displays. Contact your system administrator for help.
