Save As Selection Set Dialog Box

Use the Save As Selection Set Dialog Box to save an updated selection set search. This is particularly useful when saving a copy of a search so you can reuse the search criteria and save with a different name.

Location

To display the Save As dialog box, complete the following step:
  1. Open the list of selection set searches from the Projects pane.
  2. Click next to the search that you want to edit. The Filters list displays in edit mode.
  3. Select one or more filters to modify the search criteria. When you select a filter, you can also enter or select specific data to limit the filter's results.
  4. Click Save As. The Save As dialog box displays.

Field Description
Name Enter a name to identify the selection set search. This name will display in the Selection Set Search Panel.
Save & Apply Click Save & Apply to save your search.
