You can view a list of the attached receipts and their associated expense items for an expense report. The receipts are sorted alphabetically based on the 
	 Description field. 
  
 
	  
		Prerequisites: 
		 
		This feature is available if Vision is configured to allow you to upload and attach documents to certain types of transactions and if the expense report is editable. 
		
 
	  
 
	 To view a list of receipts that are attached to an expense report, complete the following steps: 
	 
 
	 -  
		  Open an expense report.

		  Complete one of the following: 
		   
		    
			 
 
				- Click the 
				  Receipts link to open the Expense Reports Receipts dialog box. 
				
 
 
				- Select an expense item on the Expense Report grid and click 
				  
 
				  Receipts Attached in the 
				  Receipts column. The Attached Receipts dialog box displays.

		  The Receipts grid displays a list of all receipts that are attached to the expense report. 
		   
		   See the 
			 Attach to Selected Expense check box to determine if the receipt is attached to the current expense item.
