Pipeline Settings Dialog Box

Use the Pipeline Settings dialog box in the Dashboard area to select the opportunities that you want to include on the Pipeline chart. You select opportunities by selecting the stages that you want to include in your pipeline.

If your firm uses the Multicurrency feature in Vision, you can also use the Pipeline Settings dialog box to select the currency in which you want to calculate and display pipeline amounts.

To display the Pipeline Settings dialog box, complete the following steps:
  1. Click to go to the Dashboard area.
  2. Click above the upper-right corner of the Pipeline chart.

Field Description
CURRENCY If your firm uses the Multicurrency feature in Vision, click to select the presentation currency for the Pipeline chart. iAccess then converts all estimated revenue and weighted revenue amounts to that currency, based on currency configuration information in Vision and using today's date as the exchange date.

The drop-down list contains all currencies that are enabled in Vision for your firm and have exchange rates defined. If you use the Multicompany feature in Vision, it contains all currencies for all companies.

If your firm does not use the Multicurrency feature, this field is not available.

The initial default currency for the chart is the functional currency for your home company in Vision. If you select a different currency, that currency becomes your new default currency for the chart.

OPPORTUNITIES TO INCLUDE Select the stages that you want to include in your pipeline. Opportunities currently assigned to those stages are then included in the calculation of estimated and weighted revenue on the Pipeline chart, unless they fall outside the time frame you select.

If some opportunities have not been assigned to a stage, select No stage set if you want to include those opportunities in the calculation of revenue for the chart.

Save and Cancel Click Save to save the current selections, close the dialog box, and update the chart. Click Cancel to discard any unsaved changes to the selected stages and close the dialog box.
