iAccess for
Vision consists of three workspaces, each of which provides an integrated set of features to support your project management, time and expense tracking, and business development efforts.
- Project Management workspace: The Project Management workspace collects performance and utilization data at project levels and consolidates this information to help you accurately assign, budget, and forecast resource, expense, and consultant information over the life cycle of a project. You can use projects that were entered in
Vision as the basis for new project plans in
iAccess. The project's existing structure and information are imported into
iAccess, enabling you to schedule work for each level of the project's structure, and develop estimates of labor, expense, and consultant costs. You can also view and approve invoices related to each project.
- Employee workspace: In the Employee workspace in
iAccess, the Timesheets and Expense Reports areas are integrated with the Timesheet and Expense Report applications in
Vision. In either product, you can enter and edit timesheets and expense reports and submit them for processing.
- Business Development workspace: The
Business Development workspace enables you to manage effectively all of the information, activities, and resources related to pursuing opportunities. You can also use
Business Development to gather and maintain a repository of information on clients,
subconsultants, government agencies, contacts, and competitors.
