Go to the Timesheets or Expense Reports Area
Use the icons on the left side of the Employee workspace to go to the Timesheets area or the Expense Reports area.
Use Drop-Down Lists and Lookups to Enter Data
When you enter data in iAccess, you often can display a drop-down list or a lookup dialog box and select the value you want to enter in the field or grid column.
Select the Columns that Display in a Grid
For some grids, such as the grids on the Timesheets form and the Expense Reports form, you can control which columns display.
Resize Grid Sections and Columns
The Timesheets grid and the Expense Reports grid are divided into two separately scrollable sections. You can resize either of those sections if, for example, you want to see more columns in one of the sections without scrolling. You can also change the width of individual columns in the grids.
