Add Labor Resources to a Plan
If your Vision Security role allows access, you can add active resources to the current iAccess plan.
Change the Labor Resource Assignments Grid View
You can display the resources information in the Labor Resource Assignments grid in either a calendar view or a summary view.
Switch Labor Resource Display from Hours to Currency Amounts
When you view data on the Labor Resource Assignments grid in summary view, iAccess displays information in hours for the selected work breakdown structure's resources. You can change this view to display amounts instead.
Shift Calendar Dates
As plans evolve, you can shift planning dates on the Labor grid work breakdown structure rows. When you shift calendar dates, your plans remain accurate and up-to-date over the course of the project life cycle.
Delete Labor Resources from a Plan
You can delete a labor resource record from a Resource Assignments grid if the resource record does not have any job-to-date (JTD) amount and is not included in the baseline.
