Approve Open Expense Entries

Use Open Personal Expense Entries to approve open expense entries.

To use the Open Personal Expense Entries submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To approve open expense entries:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. Use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company whose expense entries you want to approve.
  3. In the Finance & Administrator left side panel, click Administrative Follow-up > Open expense entries.
  4. Highlight an entry and click Approve selected items .
    To approve multiple entries, click the LEFT mouse button, hold and drag, and then click Approve selected items .
