Clear Rejected Entries

Use Rejected Entries to clear a rejected entry. This action permanently deletes the entry from your records.

To use the Rejected Entries submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To clear a rejected entry:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. Use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company that contains the rejected entries that you want to delete.
  3. In the Finance & Administrator left side panel, click Administrative Follow-up > Rejected Entries.
  4. Highlight an entry and click Clear the selected entry from the grid toolbar.
