Data Import Security

Ajera CRM closely controls who can use the Data Import utility.

When you first access the Data Import utility, only transaction type tables are available in the Table Description field.

Note: These transaction tables are not relevant to the Ajera CRM application. To access relevant Info Center tables, you must have a password. Contact Deltek Customer Care for the password.

To access non-transaction type tables, such as Client, Employee, or Project Info Center records, you must have security access to those tables. Security access is based on settings entered for your role in Configuration > Security > Roles.

To access non-transaction type tables, hold down CTRL + SHIFT and click the Import Utility form. Ajera CRM displays the Confirm Password dialog box. Enter your password and click OK.
