Create a View

Create a view to save the selections for columns and their order, filters, sorts, Show Project Totals option, Show Summary Time-phase option, Show Assignments option, and resource results to a named view.

To create and save a view:

1. Display the Save Current View As dialog box.

2. Do the following actions:

   • In the Name field, enter the name of the view.
   • In the Description field, enter a description of the view.
3. Click OK.
