Filter a Conversation Using Highlights

When using Kona Business, you can filter conversations using Highlights to show the conversations that are most important to you. Highlighted conversations remain at the top of the Conversations grid for quick access.

The CRM application is required for integration with Kona Business.

To filter a conversation using highlights:

1. From the Collaboration tab, select the Collaboration grid.
2. Review the conversations on the grid. If you were recently mentioned or are currently active in a conversation, click Highlights to view those conversations first.
