Notifications include sound and browser notification, new item, email, and pop-up notifications with text. It is useful to note that even when a conversation is muted, you still have the option to view its comments.
  • Delete a Kona Conversation
    If you started a conversation on the Collaboration tab in the Opportunities or Projects hub, you can delete the conversation from the Conversations grid.
